MRC Skimmer Pump

I've just purchased an MRC MR-2R recirculating skimmer. I've read through the MRC website but can't find any specifications for the recirculating pump. It says the feed pump should be 1-1/2 to 2 times tank volume, but doesn't say anything about the recirc pump. Any recommendations on the pressure/flow I need - my tank volume is about 300g?

BL-40, BL-55 , blueline 55 is a 1100 gallon a hour pump- any pressure rated pump in this range will work, iwaki, gen-x pan world etc. The becketts will flow up to 1000-1100 gallons each. I have teh MR3-R
