MRC skimmer question

In the injectors which end points up, the pointed end or the ball shaped end?
I've worked with these before but you could only assemble it one way because the diameters were different.

The pointed end that looks like a arrow tip is the water inlet side, so the pointed end would be up.

Thanks, that makes sense and is the way they are installed. Recently this skimmer has gone wrong for some reason. It has 4 injectors and is creating huge bubbles and not foam.
