I just ran a summary on the pictures you have posted of the nog and they were taken on 1/21/2006. So how is it the last 7 days worth if the picture was taken in 2006 ??? If your going to make claims then atleast post pics that support your claims....not ones taken back in 2006

. The pics you posted at the beginning of this thread all were taken on 2/22/08 so it's not the camera .

Man, your a fool. A regular Matlock aren't ya. The camera's date changes each time the batteries die. The batteries die all the time so the dates vary.

Thanks for the info. The skimmer looks to be performing very well.

I have a 200 coming as soon as Marine Solutions get them, it will replace my ER CS-8-3 that I'm currently running with a Sicce pump.

I use a RMA meter as well and the pump will pull 20lpm but no more after about 2-weeks use and even though I have alot more air going thru the skimmer than before(10-12lpm with Eheim pump) the yield has not improved. The best it can manage is 1-8oz cup per day with the Sicce or the Eheim, go figure, anyway I'm looking forward to the arrival of the new skimmer in a week or two.

BTW, My Sicce pump came with PF-4 not the flatback so that may have something to do with it.

I'm a fool for calling you out...... I'm not the one claiming that "this is the nog the skimmer pulled out for the last 7 days" then posting a pic taken back in 2006.

If anyone wants to see for themselves save a copy to your desktop, go to properties of the pic,then summary, then click advanced and it will tell you when pics are taken.

For one the skimmer has only been out for a couple mths so it would be tough to take a picture of it in 06, but your the detective i guess.

I've never lied about any of my skimmate pics, that would defeat the purpose of the post. If you don't like the info, then thats fine with me.

All you need to do is right click the pic to look at its properties, all were taken the same day, the same time.....etc. You don't have to believe me if you don't want. But i've never lied about the skimmate pics.

Those pics were taken on 1/21/2006. You can name the pic whatever you like but the fact still remains that it was taken back in 2006 and is not the nog from the last seven days like you say it is.

I'm sorry if your offended but I thought I had seen that same pic somewhere else awhile ago and just by chance ran a summary on it and seen the date taken was 1/21/2006.

Like i stated before. The date isn't correct on my camera. Do you really think 2yrs before the skimmer was even out i took a picture of it, and posted at 5:51 am? Please refrain from posting stupid comments on this thread. Your attempt to get the thread off topic has worked but your starting to look pretty silly to everyone.

Well the pics at the beginning of the thread correspond to the date you posted them (2/22/08) and is the same camera in which these pics were taken with.

I don't care if I look silly.....it's the internet.. If your posting pics to support claims than just post the actual pics not some random pic that you have on your computer(which I have seen before on a different board).

Take it for what it's worth....Looks a little fishy to me. I'M OUT...

well, spongebopbby, you obviously have some sort of beef with luke....but, you are not thinking logical. These skimemrs have been out since the first of this year, so there is NO WAY that luke has pictures taken of this skimmer in 2006. If you look at the skimmer and it's cup you will see that they are CLEARLY MSX skimmers. If you are familiar with cameras AT ALL, you'll understand that the date the camera puts on the pic is USUALLY not the right date, unless you are diligent enough to change the date every time you change the batteries.

Please stop flaming on this thread....Read the UA and you'll see that you are in the wrong. Please have a better rest of the day than you are currently having

Luke, IYO how big of tank do you think the msx200 would skim to, I would like to buy the msx200 but don't want to mod it. And the msx 250 is a huge price jump, thanks wayne

Wayne, stock it'll handle a med stocked 230g, high bio 175g tank imo.
