So I just looked at the by-laws/constitution and it states that members who sign up/renew will "become" members on the first day of the month following payment. Does that members who paid in February are not members until March?

Well I don't know about the rest of the month, but I and a few others signed up/paid on Feb 1st, and the way that part reads, anyone who pays on the first day of the month "becomes" a member instantly after payment.

Yeah that wasn't serious, it was a lame attempt at humor on my part. I have no idea how the rule works, I just joined two days ago.
