mush identification

Hi, I'm new on this forum and thought that maybe people on here could be able to help me about the identificaton of a weird mush I just bought. It is about 6" diameter and I think it is really nice. Thanks a lot for helping me. Can you tell me if it was a good deal if I got it for 30$ in trade?

Looks like some form of Rhodactis. I would post this in the mushroom coral forum, mushrooms aren't considered soft corals.

The forum is called Corallimorpharians and it's 3 forums up from this one, or the second in the Coral Forums list.

From the pic, it looks like a purple hairy mushroom.
