Mushroom and flow

Got my awesome looking mushroom at bottom of the tank, I read they don't like too much light. However I also read they don't like high flow, and this is my problem. I seem to have fairly high flow along the bottom of my tank, as you can see from my xenia. It is lifting my mushroom up slightly (see pictures). So far I have had no ill effects from this but just wondering if it is hampering it's growth at all, would it do better on low flow area (I would struggle to find such an area).

Following. I have the same mushroom. He seems to like the flow in that area which isn't the most calm, but he's newer to the tank.

Seems like a lot of flow for such a small tank. Can you dial it down at all? Maybe redirect it?
