Mushroom Anemones

I bought an established 125 one year ago and the tank had lots of mushroom corals in it, now it has even more.
I'm trying to go sps only and I can not figure out how to rid the tank of the mushrooms. I've searched the topic and see where people say scrape them off, but if you leave a piece more will grow. Other people say trade them in for store credit, but they are on large pieces of Rick that I would like to keep.
Any suggestions, would aiptasia rx or another similar product work or would the dying mushrooms kill the sps that are already in the tank.
I know this is the sps forum and this post is about mushrooms, but I'd probably get hung if I posted this in the Corallimorpharia forum and I thought maybe some of the sps keepers have ran into this before.

Remove the rocks and start with new ones.

I've had similar thoughts about my tank. I kept one rock with mushrooms and now my whole tank is over run with these little suckers. Very aggressive and sting the crap out of my SPS. I know eventually I will have to start over, but for now on shrooms that are getting to close to my priced SPS, I simply wait for them to get "inflated" with water and "pop" them with my thumb. This seems to really bother them and they retreat for a while.

Not a solution, more of a band aid. I plan a full overhaul in the near future.

I've used Aptaisia RX to kill some little rhodactus mushrooms. It worked well. You can also use kalk paste.

Oscar, you're cracking me up man!

One thing you could try is scrubbing your rocks during WCs. Get a good amount of water out of your tank, 10gal + , then pull out the rocks w/ the shrooms & scrub them off w/ a good heavy brush in that tub of water. Then replace your 10gal + water w/ fresh, & hope for the best.

I've been successful at removing anthelia from rocks w/ this technique; that $#1+ is evil too..

Thanks guys, and yes I had a good laugh at Oscar's comment also. Reminds me of kicking an ant bed, won't get rid of them, but it'll sure ruin their day.

If you have time you could pull the rocks out that have the mushrooms on them and dry them out.
