Mushroom ?

I cut a mushroom off of its perch about 3 weeks ago because a nem was stinging it . I put the d$%n thing in a small dish with crushed coral and netting over the top it is opend and looking healthy but will not stick to anything . I'm getting tired of looking at the dish . Any ideas how to get it to stick to something ?

have you tried rubberbanding in to a rock?

when it shrinks up it's to small for a rubber band

you have to move the dish around in your tank with different lighting. if it' doesn't like the light or flow it won't stick to anything. sometimes they detach and roll around in your tank to find a better place

it should attach to at least one pebble then you can glue that to a bigger rock

I have moved the dish twice I hate to let it drift I'm sure it will end up in the back with no light .

i find that rubberbands tend to cut the shroom in half, i find its easier to "sew" the shroom to a rock with a clean needle and thread. works for me every time. they attach after a week or two and then you can cut the thread and pull it out.
