Mushrooms?

You need a general corals section lol.

So, I have a 30 Gallon tank, tall, with 42lbs of Live Rock, and plans for 2 Ocellaris Clownfish, 2 firefish, 2 peppermint shrimp, and 2 hermits. The lighting is 1 Coral Sun T5 HO bulb and 1 Ultra Sun T5 HO bulb in a 24in hood. I was just wondering if I could have Mushroom Corals in such a tank or if they need more light then I currently provide.

So, are Mushroom Corals an option or a no-no?

You'll be fine. That's plenty of light for mushrooms.

Under that lighting you could keep, zoanthids, xenia, leather coral, green star polyps, sun coral (requires feeding only).

yep just place them in areas where they don't get that much direct sunlight

The 6500k sunlight bulb might be a bit strong for them, if you feel your tank could be a bit bluer then replacing that one with some kind of 14k t5 would give you much better mushroom coloration overall
