Mutant growth?

Ive had zoas.. of many kinds, shape, sizes, some of the ones I see on here put all mine to shame, likely cause just dont see many out here.. but ive never seen any grow this fast.. im starting to wonder if they are even zoas and just button polyps of some sort.. has anyone else had growth like this before... the two pictures attached are about 20 days apart.

Ya.. i posted them in a reverse order. I showed the current growth first for some reason.. then the old growth when I had just put the frag in the tank.
