My 10gal. Pics

Some pics of my 10gal. All I have is a domino damsel, three hermits, two turbos, and some green mushrooms. comments and suggestions are greatly appreciated. the tank is probably close to a year old now. the featherduster colony is like...i think almost 12 total. also what's the thing in the first pic? is it a nudi?

Does it move? kinda looks like a sponge but I can't see it very good in the picture.

If you plan on putting in any type of corals that you don't want to be moved ditch the turbo they drove me nuts in my 10 gallon so i traded it off and hey pretty much every thing stays in place now.
