well iam getting there with my first big build it has been a long time and alot of money getting to this point but i have not lost all hope yet lol my wife is working on saving more money to finish it at the first of the year

Chris ya need to get a bunch more rock in there to get the cycle going , a couple box's of base rock and a few nice pieces of live rock will get it all going
 
Wondered where you have been. Looks like you have been busy and are getting off to a great start. Keep us all posted on your respnose!!
 
Yo Chris ,,,, Where's the Fish ?? lol And you need lot's and lots of Rock and lot's and lot's of Coral hahaha!!! .. Tell steph to buy you lot's of them hehehe
 
Hey can you tell me about the drains and such on the tank?
I have never seen one drilled like that. But I have been out of the hobby for a while and I know things change.
On a side note.....just found out today that I will be loosing my part time job at Petco due to the economy and sales being down.
Any one hiring for the weekends? LOL

its drilled for corner overflows you can see one in the corner the pvc and center strainer are for the closed loop,
