My 180 gallon aquarium

Hello, my name is Phil and I own a 180 gallon reef. I am 16 years old and maintain it all by myself. It is see through/room divider and is made up of mostly LPS and Softies. Here are a few pics of my tank.

Looks good! I like the shutter style cabinet doors. They probably help alot with ventilation under the stand while still blocking alot of the noise and light.
 
Thanks, Would any of you know how to get rid of a Mantis Shrimp because I've tried a trap a I think he's too smart for it and I can't remove the rock that he's in. Also I have a lot of white sponges all over the tank that look like black widows nests. Is their a fish of creature out there that will eat them with out damaging my corals. (Besides a morrish idol.)
 
A water bottle with the inverted top works every time.. If he hasn't went in yet try different bait I've caught probably a dozen or so Mantis shrimp this way. Try using white shrimp or some squid with garlic on it in the trap. You might also want to skip feeding the tank for a day or so. If food is easy to come by he will be less interested in the trap.
