Faisal1976us, this is a Entacmaea Quadricolor (aka Bubble Tip anemone).
In the wild A. Percula are not found with BTAs therefore naturally they would not be a compatible species. However, most Perculas eventually host BTAs after some time. Some take a couple of hours while others can take over a year. My Perculas are still not hosting my GBTA as of yet and they have been in the tank with it about three weeks so far.
As for a beginner, I would recommend starting with a BTA. They tend to be more "forgiving" than the other anemones and don't require intense lighting. Just provide them an establised home (with liverock), medium to strong lighting, feed them often and they should do good for you generally speaking.
