My 250 deep dimension reef

I am setting up my new 250 gallon deep dimension marine land tank. I currently have a 180 gallon oceanic that has only been setup since July this year. This past Saturday I was sitting on the couch watching tv with my kids. We heard a "thunk" turned around and saw my tanks center brace resting on my rock structure inside the tank.
I put a few bar clamps across as I had about 1 in of deflection in the center. Needless to say both me and my wife were quite concerned. I called in some diy technically support to try and fix the brace. After about 5 hours or so we gave up and my wife told me to buy a new tank. I was stunned for a second time that same day! After about 10 phone calls I located a brand new 250 gallon at a good price so i pulled the trigger.
I will be using all the equipment from my 180 setup plus a few new goodies.

Equipment list:
Marineland 250 gallon dd
Kessil A360WE x 3 (will need 1 more)
Kessil spectral controller
Bubble magus NAC-9 skimmer
Jabeo dc6000 return pump
Smart ATO
40 gallon sump (DIY)
20 gallon refugium
Litermeter (automatic water changes)
Jebao dosing pump
Stand and canopy (DIY)
Next reef MR1 media reactor
Jebao RW15 x2 (may need 1 more)
2 300 watt heaters
Doing a tank swap this weekend. Will post some pictures soon.

Finally have everything up and running. It took a little longer then I expected. I have not lost any fish or corals yet. All parameters look really good except I have a phosphate spike up to 1.1. I have a MR 1 reactor ready to go I am just waiting for a shipment of gfo. Here are some pictures(sorry for the iPad quality pics).

I need to add another kessil soon

Ya I was concerned that I would have a hard time scaping this time around because all the rock was live this go around

I have an abundance of mysid shrimp living in my refugium (tons of them). I assume that like everything else the population will be self limiting?

That depends on maintaining conditions in your refugium and how many of them get carried back to the rest of the system to forage or be eaten.

Do they have something to stop them from moving forward? Can you remove the screen/filter and let some go into the live system to be eaten off?

There is not a physical barrier between them and the DT, just a wild ride through the return. I most likely need a few fish that would pick a few off. I am thinking of adding a few wrasses. I currently have 1 mimic tang, clown tang, naso tang, 5 green chromis, and 1 mandarin. So I don't really have any fish that are going to control the population. Any recommendations on wrasses?

It automatically tells me that the video is unavailable, but when I click on the video it runs for me. I am unsure why it does not work
