My 3 week old stream 6200 died!!

Ok, so I received 2 6200 streams with the multicontroller and magnets, spent about $1300 bucks.
When I set them up, in about 5 minutes of being running the transformer of one of them started making a beep.
Turned off the whole set up, turned it back on and again the beep. Left it off the whole night and the next morning I turned them on. Worked fine and I didnÃ"šÃ‚´t mind about that.
Today, 3 weeks later the same pump started making noise, it wouldnÃ"šÃ‚´t stop so I turned it off. After coming back from work I dissasemble it, took the propeller out and clean it (it was very clean, obviously), put it back and turned the pump on, beep comes again.
I placed the other propeller (the one on the other pump) and still the beep comes again.
So now IÃ"šÃ‚´m really really wondering what the heck is going wrong and how can a 450 bucks pump die in 3 weeks?
Please Vitko, give me some light in here.
Thanks
Marco

Ohh BTW in the instruction booklet, malfunction number 5 says "The pump has seized and the driver sounds a continous tone" ThatÃ"šÃ‚´s exactly whatÃ"šÃ‚´s happening.
The Cause says the drive unit or the propeller has jammed due to wear, lime or snail housing. None of this is happening, the pump is 3 weeks old.
Remedy: Clean the pump (done, but it was already clean), replace the drive unit. Probably this could be the cause but how come if this pump has been running for 3 weeks.
Thanks

Marco,

Please try something for me, open the driver of your working pump and swap the motor blocks. We need to determine whether it is the motor or the driver that is defective. PM me your results and we'll get you taken care of. Please, call me Roger, Vitko is my last name.

Hi,
Thanks for the fast reply.
IÃ"šÃ‚´m sorry to ask this but IÃ"šÃ‚´m kinda lost. I donÃ"šÃ‚´t know that is the motor block.
Are you telling me to open the driver so I can switch the cables that go into the stream, so I can test the not working pump with the other driver?
Marco
