Ok I just ordered a set of hole saw bits .The cost is $91 US but there are 24 bits so for the money I can make more than one size hole if I need to.Even if the bit lasts once it not bad.It would cost me just as much to have someone come to my house to make 1 hole.I hope the bits are big enough.

I also spoke to my guy about the lights. What I will do is get 2 fixtures each one will have 2x 150 watt MH and 2 or 4 T5 bulbs. He said with the 150 watt bulbs the tank should be fine unless the bulbs are on the tank.I will have them sit 3" on top.

I took some sand out of the display tank to place it in my DSB I will have to either take out some more(I may do that) or buy some more sand.More than likely buy some more sand.I need about 170 pounds of sand for the 2 x DSB according to the calculator. My spa flex ,dart pump, hanna po meter and regents, aquatronica controller will be shipped out this week.I don't know how long it will take to get the hole saw bits.I bought a set that way in case i ever have to drill another size hole I will have the bits. The biggest one is 54mm witch is about 2 1/4".I think I just made a mistake. The biggest bit may not be large enough.Great!

Well 54 mm is just short of what I need. 1 1/2" bulkheads need a hole of 2 3/8" - 2 1/2" so I will have to get the 2 3/8" bulkhead.I will be 4 mm to small. Its not much I may even get by depending on the hole.I can shave some of the bulkhead and worst comes to worse use a dremel to enlarge the hole.4 mm is nothing.I will have to see the kit when it comes.I am not expecting much for $91 for 24 bits (I think thats how many were in the pack) If I can get 1 hole I am good

Ok I received some goods so I took some pics,My new controller.Don't ask me how it works because I have no clue
