If you want tropical scenery, it's the place to go. Snorkeling wasn't that impressive to me (unless you like fish), but I was spoiled by being stationed in Okinawa for 4 years. Snorkeling there was amazing.

Thanks! My tank is bare bottom and I have a sheet of HDPE (starboard) on the bottom so the rocks aren't directly on the glass.

Very nice. Love the scape. That last piece is fascinating. I think the reds and blues will stand out contrasting each other.
I have close to the same dosing regimen so I will be following along to see how your colors are developing.
I dropped the Trace Hard because my greens were becoming dominate and shiny.[I do weekly WCs].

Is it possible to get another update pic of that last red and blue mille?

Here are some more pics my girlfriend and I took with her DSLR.

I added two RapidLED DIY actinic strips to my tank. I did a mix of violets and royal blues instead of all RB. The violets and RB are each on a separate channel.

I had them swap out 18 of the royal blue with six 410-420nm, six 420-430nm, and six 440-445nm.

Can you post some full tank shots showing with and without the rapids on? I would think that it bring out your warm colors without the harsh effect of reds.

I would think that the difference between the coral in post 26 and the same piece in post 32, is the new led strips.?? If so that is very nice effect. Definitely softens the view and bring out colors.
