Sump is nice I think the eggcrate should come over on the side that has the plastic fins pointing up I think.

The plumbing has begun... I am using 1 inch return and 1 1/2 inch drain on all the tanks. Each tank has its own drain line back to the sump except the grow tray is combined with one other tank.

Starting applying window film to the large windows to help keep some of the heat out.

The tanks are wet! I did a lot of work plumbing this week and fixing leaky bulkhead. Took a long time to get everything setup. I purchased the jebao rw-20 pumps and man those things are strong.

These rubber gloves were life saving for tighting up the bulkheads

I'm impressed with how fast you got that done. Less than 30 days from screen porch to fish room. That must be an RC record!!

Nice skimmer. Is that the cleaning brush sitting in front of it? :D

It did go by pretty quick. Pretty happy with how things came out. Just need to add the lights and make some minor adjustment and wait for it to get ready.

That's Daisy she's a good girl. She even posed for the picture.

built all of my durso standpipes a few days ago. I didn't have a durso before and it was just way to loud. This is much more silent.

Lights have been programmed and it looks good. From the outside my house looks like a grow house for pot or something.

wow really cool would love to do this.

And how do you like the reef breeders I'm really thinking of using them on my new system

shocker444 didnt see your reply till now, but the reefbreeders are great when I test them out more with coral I'll give a more detailed review. The system has almost been running for a month now I added one clownfish into the system after about 3 weeks seems to be doing good. The skimmer is really pulling some nasty stuff out of the water it pretty amazing even just with such a low load. Around mid April I'll try adding some polyps coral and see how they do.

While waiting for my tank to cycle I figured I would share a cool close up pic of my current tank that I took yesterday. I am kind of proud of it. My new tank build is currently at one month cycling and I will soon start adding corals.

Are you going to have the t5s supplement the LEDs or are you going to run them on a separate tank? Awesome build! Following along

I would like to have the t5 supplemental to the led but I can't find a decent 80 watt t5 one bulb hanging unit reflector.

My large glass magnet cleaner finally came in from China after about a month. Works well thus far.
