1-2 days? It fell over in less than an hour. Hand saws, wood dowels, warped pressure treated wood that is wet and green, elmers stick glue, particle board and Miller Light mini fridge kegs don't mix with hillbilly.

Got some stuff done the last few days...got the first coat of Kilz on, and finally got my RODI hooked up and it cranks out some seriously fast 0 TDS water! I could not be happier with this unit. 
Once the stand has both coats of Kilz and the coat of exterior paint on it, I will be wrapping it in plywood and THEN skinning it. The plywood should take care of the 'racking', if not please chime in with ideas!!

I'd say you only need plywood on one long side and one short side then skin the other two normally so you have access.

Getting tons done! Picked up my skimmer a few days ago and some more toys today...also got the sump and 40 breeder drilled today.

And I finally bought something inexpensive for this setup!! A friggen label maker...a reef keepers best friend. Now I can 'remember' when I changed filters in my RODI unit, changed bulbs, etc.

The tank got to the house in the beginning of Dec and the skimmer didn't get here until last week...so stick it! :beer: Oh and I'll sell you the MP60's right now today...$850 a piece.
