Hey all,
I wanted to post some pics of my 55 gallon tank with a 20 gallon refugium and a 20 Gallon sump. I have a euro reef skimmer(not sure of model, rated for 90 gallon), and return into maintank with a mag 9.5 attatched to dual pvc return. I use two penguin powerheads(rated at 350gph ea. minus 3ft headloss) attatched to 1/2 inch tubing going up to the refugium, where I have an overflow box delivering into my 55 gallon's overflow box, then into sump. I light maintank with a 6x54 watt t5's(3x10k and 3xblue ant.) I have tried to create the best set-up for my inhabitants and welcome all comments, suggestions, and critics feedback. Thanks to all for checking out as I am still rather new to the hobby/ addiction.....My refugium light and mainlight stand are kinda ghetto, but will me more asteticly correct when $ can afford it. Thanks guys.....

Hey thanks Mike,
The clam has been there since day 1, which has been about 1 month.... I tried the sand, but when I put him there, he attached immediately. He seems pretty happy

Thanks Don Lino,
I appreciate your compliments, I know you like zoos, I have some out of control, especially buttons...If interested, let me know, I would trade a piece in bottom left corner for just comparable weight in LR. I have some other button zoos in there that are like an orange/ light brown color, have a small piece of that too.

Thanks Perry for the offer. I beleive I have those. Im a kinda slow down on zoas right now, I too have a 55gal with a bunch of zoas and not enough room. Im a let them spread and take their places for now...Thanks

I'd like to know too.....I am also in Lakeland. PM if you want....I'll get back to you asap (may be a few days, as my coaching days are almost complete for the season)

BTW, your tank looks good plyle02!!!

Thanks again to all,
I live in N. Lakeland. Also, yes Nolans is worth it, lots of stuff.....Tons of fish, lots of sps frags, clams, softies, whatever. They have tons of dry goods and equipment as well. All in all pretty good so far. I have met some really cool people there as well. As for the t5's, I love them, and would not even think of another lighting scheme, unless I upgraded to the tek t5 series. Thanks again, and look forward to chatting with you soon.....

Perry,

Very nice setup. I really like your rock layout with the open space. Your refug is is pretty cool that you get to enjoy it too.

Cheers,
Chris
