That's a Knobby Sea Rod... I have a few of them, semi different colored too...

I wonder how much it would cost to 3 day you a nice sized frag of one of them, they are nice with the huge polyp extension...

No, not a good idea. It can be done but only with the right papers. I've been working on that already.
