They are. I wasn't sure about their placement but they seem to be doing ok. The pic was taken an hour after I put them in.

I didn't cut it myself. I purchased them used from someone online and he did it to make the flow more widely disbursed. I purchase 2 and only ended up using one, the other isn't modified but I really like this one better this way. Thanks for the compliments guys, i'm addicted I just purchased another colony of blastos, a really small acan frag and 2 other sps corals. I'll post tomorrow when they all fluff up.

2 x 110W of 0'3 VHOs' and 2 x 250W DE 14000K Hamilton HQI's.

Thanks. It's really not that hard, Get colorful corals, A good skimmer, allot of live rock good lighting and allot if water changes and your set.
