I am not apex expert, and never own one.

But I can help, its like any other controller.

Disconnect everything from the base unit. See if it works, display, logging from the web?
If that fails, check power pack, see if has the right voltage.

If you have the right voltage, and still cannot logged in, its a very good chance the base unit is dead.

Lightning, power surge? Just happened to me the other day. All my temps are now 0 and my pH probe is completely out of wack. Was running 5.5 yesterday.

Roger, I have a base unit and a display you can borrow if you need to so you can get everything back online for now. However, I am near USF. Let me know.
