Pretty awesome alright, beautiful colors. Don't be surprised if they eat your fish or shrimp, if you have any in the tank.

Cheers,

Don

They dont eat shrimp. I have had them for 3+ years and have never touched anything. The only ones your really need to be wary of is the big green ones.

Not. I had one of the red ones kill a coral banded shrimp while I watched him. He wrapped up the shrimp's legs, crushed them, then wrapped up the shrimp and ate him.

Well I know plenty of people with them that have coral bandeds and other shrimp and they have never bothered anything. Sorry to hear yours did, but I'm glad mine dont :)

i have 3 different serpents and i have never had a problem with them eating my shrimp...the only one that i have ever seen do that was the green serpents...sorry to hear that yours ate a shrimp.....like sjfishguy said i am sure glad that mine does not

Its a harlequin serpent star but not the common variety. In 10 years I have only seen one other one for sale. Not saying they are rare, just seem uncommon, at least around here.
