Just wanted to post a short video on my blue gig that I got 2 months ago. He's doing real well and just seems to be getting bigger and bigger...

Thanks everyone. Yes he is too big for the tank, I'm currently working on a tank upgrade. I would say he's easily 20"+ across. Its funny that after I started this thread on my gig, for the first time since i got him, he decided to move a bit tonight, but not by much. I'll try to get a FTS soon.

a chinese desgin and chinese made LED setup? becarefull mate, read here:

i know its a different led type but those that were design and made in china makes me very nervous, jsut so you are aware.

Thanks for the heads up....fortunately i have never had a problem to date and I did not buy them off ebay either and they seem more of a reputable company then some other Chinese LED makers. I'm probably going to go with Radions on my new tank though...

Glad to see the blue gig is doing well. He looks very healthy. I stumbled across your other thread with the 3 haddoni's and was going to post in that thread and ask about the gig.

What are you using for flow currently?

Right now my return pump is just a simple Reeflo BH1450 along with 2 mp40's. When i took the video i posted here, i had just put my mp40's into feed mode so the flow was very minimal.

Glad to see this gig went to someone who can care for it.. I was so tempted to pull this trigger on this guy.

Looking great!!

Thanks for the comments, i couldn't pass up the opportunity on a healthy gig like this knowing that its very rare to get one healthy from the get go..
