this is interesting about bulb temp and anemones, I didn't know that either. however, I do have an RBTA that used to stay in indirect light (i.e. hiding in the rocks) until one of the 10K bulbs went out, and it was the bulb lighting the part of the tank where the 'nem lived. the only bulbs the LFS had were 14K and 20K, so I got a 14K. I switched the one bad bulb out about 3 weeks ago, and now the RBTA comes out into the light a lot more since I put in a 14K over it. so, maybe there is some truth to the thing about bulbs. The owner of the LFS also said that some of the BTAs are collected from deeper water and just don't like intense light....
