 Did he throw it on the grill?

thy told every one that the kingi was found in a rock pull at the beach the guy put it in his bucket to later put it in his fish tank

thy think that the kingi was to long in the sun in the bucket and died

i think it was dieding that is why it was in a rock pull and not 40m in the sea

What a beautiful fish, I am so jealous. Black worms are bigger than the blood worms and are a true worm (I believe the bloodworms are insect larve) and marine fish go nuts for them, even picky eaters. The worms will die quickly in salt so you need to feed sparingly and the worms need to be fresh, live and clean. If you can find them they are just an awesome food.

All of the angels I have kept will generally go for fresh seafood, especially an opened fresh bivalve, if your fish is nibbling at flakes it will eat, just need to find something it likes.

thank you for the explanation
i do not think there are black worms in south africa

the lights are on and i can only see 1 white spot on the kingi :fun4:
and i have just seen him trying to eat sum thing on the gravel

here is sum more mobile phone photos with a glass that has been cleaned a month a go
and i know i have the biggest aiptasia farm on reef central (planing on getting 10 peppermint shrimps in there

the kingi also eat 3 flakes a moment back

it is one of the most active fish i have seen

that's one hell of a fat guy..i am bit relieved after seeing it...it can easily survive a week without feeding if no other stress is added...white spot almost gone and showing interest in flakes are all great sign...
you should try as much variety of food as possible..

We dont get blackworm in South Africa, but everyone in the States if raving about it. I did ask a few weeks back, if anyone knew if the blackworm would survive a 18 hours plane trip back to SA. My son is going to US in December and I would love him to bring some back for my fishies. Also can anyone recommend a store in New Jersey that keeps them?

I wouldnt like to be in your son's position if i'd get stopped by TSA in a US airport with black worms in my possession.
These guys dont understand jokes.
