well its only been like 2 weeks but i think my clown is to big for the anemone or he is just stupid but im not sure he really has no insentive considering hes in the tank by him self and a bi color blenny so should i just get a baby( a friend of mine breeds them) occy or what??

it sucks when that happens.
no seriously. your clown doesnt need the anemone and is always free to change it's mind about the subject later. if you want to add a friend for her go ahead.

um ill try to get pics soon, i might get a friend for it (probly a her cause its pretty big) but i dont really want a occy there too "nemoey"

is my tank big enough for a pair of clarkiis???

a 10 gallon??? no way clark's get 6" easy and they will be very unhappy in your tank, if you want something different get som skunk clowns or onyx percs

ohh sorry i was planning on putting them in a 29 gal which is dedicated to clowns and anemones only right now all i have in there is what you see in my "current tanks" thing in my sig area

clarkii's still too small for a 30 gallon. for a fish that size I woudl say 40-45 minimum. they dont stay confined to their hosts like percs and occ's do. they like to roam. at least that has been my exp. another thing is that when in housed in a tank that is too small their aggression goes through the roof. no telling what would be safe with them at that point.

I can't imagine many fish in too small of a tank. I have true percs in a 12, but my Occelaris are in a 40, even they seem too big for the small tank.

Sometimes it takes forever for them to take to an anemone. I know mine took quite awhile.

aww well thats disheartening:( so even if the clarkiis are by them self with an anemonein the tank there stil to small?? what else would be one of the larger clowns that would like the tank aggression doesnt realy matter cause there by them selves
