I just picked up a GBTA last night and in about 20 mintues the 2 clarkii's that I have were "sniffing" around. With in the hour the female had started to host. It was SOOOOOO cool!!
Now, the only problem is that the GBTA had yet to place her foot and the female clarkii knocked her off the ledge where I had put her.
Now for the questions:
1) is there a quick way to get an anemone to attach, or is it the "give it time" routine?
2) The female clarkii chased the male around the tank last night, and would not let him close to the GBTA once she had hosted...is that normal? Will both fish ever be able to host in it, or are clarkii's normally that territorial?
3) I bought some Silversides to feed it, but am unsure if I need to wait for it to get accustomed to the tank before I feed it, or should I offer it one tonight?
Thanks for your help
Ben
