My clownfish has like lesions on its side.

I got 2 clownfish about a week ago from my LFS. They had not been at the LFS for more than 2 days. I didnt quarantine them as I dont have space. My tank is a 10g.
When I purchased them and brought them home, I noticed right away that my mocha clown has craters and a red mark on its side. The craters almost look like crater lake. Theyre raised then indent in the middle. I'll attach some pictures so you have a better idea of what I'm talking about.

So my questions are,
1) What do you think this is?
2) What would be the best treatment, short of a QT, for this little guy?

10. Is the fish eating? What? Yes, Mysis Shrimp

Sorry for the spam.

Thats what it is without a doubt? The thing that makes me suspicious is the fact that they are acting completely normal. Eating fine, no lethargy or itching it, no loss of color. So are you sure thats what you think it is? What treatment do u suggest? Im willing to do hyposalinity and kill my frogspawn and zoa colony to heal the clowns. Or is there another solution?

A picture of the actual fish would help tremendously. Ideally uploaded here and not linked from a restricted site.

I Attached 5 photos. Can you not see them? They're in the 3rd post. Not sure how to attach or upload here. Just gives me an option to link a picture
