The green stuff is all over and now the purple are starting to go crazy too. I know I'm supposed to wait till my tank cycles before adding softies, but is this a sign that my tank is ready? Its only been two months.

by two months you could be pretty stable, what have your reading beens on your test kits? any spikes? a bunch of zeros?>

coralline is definately a good sign. what is your water testing at? if all tests well go for it just remember to go slow.

everything tests ok except nitrates which are at 10

If the ammonia has been zero for a solid three weeks, I would do a few 25% changes and start thinking about a cleanup crew. Soft corals don't mind 10ppm nitrate, and most are pretty tough, so you might be able to add some of those soon, too.
