My Diamond Goby committed suicide... : (

My wife came home and found my 6" Diamond Goby on the floor. He took a six foot plunge out of my tank. It's sad and weird bc the only time he went more than halfway up my tank was to get food. Has anyone else ever had this happen?

I'd put lids on your tank before other fish follow him. I had a circus goby jump thru the hole in the egg crate and plumit to his death. I now have glass or the brs mesh screen tops on all my tanks. Sorry to hear you had a fish die

That's weird because my diamond goby did the same thing last week.

I've found too many fish that"disappeared" behind my tank. It was always the ones that I thought wouldnt swim near the surface. Now I have a 12" canopy surrounding tank. Just sealed the back up too.
