I have now placed a few orders with AquaCave. They have all been EXTREMELY helpful with product info and recommendations. They have always been very willing to help me understand what I don't. As for customer service, they have that figured out as well. They did forget to send me one product, and they were very responsive to getting it shipped to me ASAP. They are also good about swapping out what you don't like, for what you do. Excellent experiences with them so far, and I plan to purchase much more form them. I personally recommend them for ReefCentral folks. As for the negative comments about how they were unresponsive, I have gotten someone on the phone every time I have called.
