My False Perc might be sick, please help...

Hi,

My occelaris is having stringy white poo about 2 inches the past week, i've had him for about 2 months now.
He's about 2 inches long.

Everything seems normal, he eats well, simming like usual, he's still colorful. Breaths normal...The only thing is that i've seen him twitch 2 times, like how clown fish twitches when it sees another one but he's the only fish in my BC8.

I've read online that it might be internal parasite.

Can a healthy clownfish have long white stringy poo?

Here's his diet : Frozen Brine and Spiritula, Frozen Mysis, CyclopEez and IO formula 1 Pellets.

Anybody had this problem before?

I dont have a hospital tank and i dont want to dose anything to him before knowing what he has also.

I have a 2,5G AGA, is it possible to set up a quarantine with that size?

My tank is a Biocube 8
There a fuge in the back chamber with chemi pure purigen,
I do 15% watee change weekly. Everything seems normal in the tank.

I really dont want to loose this guy... HELP!!!

I am in the same boat you are, except my fish is rapidly declining ( I am not sure if the parasites are the main culprit or not). You could try to buy metrondizol medicated food from the LFS to help treat the parasites. I am not an expert and am sure that others can point you in the right direction and give you more info on internal parasites.
