It's between the main tube of the skimmer and the return. It's dripping from the black 0 ring
Where is the leak at exactly?
Adjust the skimmer all the way toward the back of the tank. You'll have to use some of the packing material to rest against the glass and the body of the skimmer to make it plumb. If you notch the back lip you can open the hood to the 5th notch on the hood.
If I remember correctly you can't remove the in-tank basket with the skimmer in place. Not that big of a deal but something to be aware of.
Be careful with dosing when you are not testing for that. Using reef crystals it is highly unlikely your iodine is low in a tank that lightly stocked. Things you need to test constantly for
Nitrate
Phosphate
Magnesium(yours will get low before you realize it....it got me this time around since I figured nano I wont need to test mg until its close ot fully stocked)

One of these was prob off which caused the xenia to be ****ed off, reefsnow is not needed with the corals you currently have the light and keeping those numbers in line is all you need. Reefsnow is a huge feeder to Hair Algae if you are not spot feeding to corals who will take it in, you are better with oyster eggs as a lot of fish and inverts will eat what the corals don't.
I chickened out at the last minute and didn't do it. I put mine on a rock in the middle of the tank not close to anything. It still managed to spread (across the sand bed) and attach itself to rocks on each side of it.
Can you tell where the leak is coming from?
