I'm partial to the ehiem pumps. The model 1000 would be a good choice. Can't go wrong with a mag either. They're out of stock right now but maybe look on marine depot. The Sicce syncra pumps are good pumps too. Can't go wrong with a reef octopus. If you intend to heavily stock your tank then try to size the skimmer accordingly. Go for the slightly bigger one if you can fit it in your sump. Eshopps skimmer would be a decent choice and they are powered by the Sicce Italian pumps, and they're on sale too

One thing regardless of what skimmer you get is to consider getting a neck cleaner from avast marine. You don't need a aquarium controller to run it. You can put it on a simple timer to run it a few times a week that you can get from Home Depot or lowes. It will help to keep your skimmer running at peak efficiency. Something to consider for a future purchase.
