Nice start!
couple of suggestions...
Try adding some reflective material (aluminum) on the back of those T5s. it will give you more intense lighting. t5 are great, I would stick with them for a bit before you switch over to LEDs
When you get a chance replace those maxijets with two larger powerheads (koralias/mp's/wp's?)... it will give you a flow rather than a jet stream. it will also clear up some valuable real estate for more corals!
