Very nice!! I like how you separated that little island off to the left. Was that just done by pruning the corals? I love your tank!

Its been really stormy here in Sacramento today. I came home and my gfci had tripped. Even though we had a tree get uprooted in our front yard due to the storm, I could not pass up the opportunity to snap these one the halides were reset :eek1: Please enjoy these as my wife was not happy that I was taking pictures as she was complaining about a tree laying across our yard

Nope, Both islands are separated from the center rock structures :)
I should have worded my sentence differently. I meant to say that before these new pics, the different rock islands couldn't be seen (very easily, at least). Whereas now there is a definite separation. I was just wondering if you did some coral pruning to make that look more separate. It looks great, mpoletti!

Gotcha. I did cut back a green stag that was in the canyon. That does give the look of it being more open. Thank you for the kind words :)

Very nice pics, Mark! That's some crazy PE. The pink tip looks great!

Storming like crazy here too.

Thanks Josh, Its was definitely a day of crazy weather in Northern Cali yesterday. At least I will have a few cool pictures to remind me of tree that came crashing down in our yard :)

Hey Mark, Great looking tank. What are you using for flow in there? Also, what are the tank dimensions? Thanks.

Thank You. The tank is a standard 72x24x24 Lee Mar starfire. As for flow, I have 2 vortechs, 2 6105's and 2 6055's that are placed behind the rocks. :)

Tank is coming along really nice Mark. Sure wish I could get growth like that in my 180. I was gonna ask what size it was but I see you just posted it. Do you have another discussion going detailing the equipment and husbandry?

Thanks David. I have a thread in the large tank forum as well. It's sometimes more of banter thread, but there is some reefing as well. I am on my way out of town for the day. I will link it when I get home unless one of my friends beats me to it
