Still waiting on the clowns to host, hopefully, it has only been about a week now.

I know - I am anxiously waiting for them to take to the anemone! They have formed a mated pair, so I would love to see them make a home out of the GBTA, but from what I have read there is not much I can do to expedite the process.

No I would just wait. They will do what ever they want.It took mine about 2 to 3 weeks befor the anemone would host the clowns!

My o's didnt touch a BTA, over two years anf finally removed them to a gig
mine never hosted in the anemone's as well. They are tank bred and must not have the instinct to do so. I too removed my RBTA and GBTA to a larger tank and now they kinda host in a frogspawn but not in the traditional way... they just hover around it all day rubbing up against the coral.

Clowns even if they are tank breed still have the instict to host in an anemone! It may take a while but they will.Truly its not the clown that host the anemone its the anemone that host the clowns!
