Great looking tank and nem. Does the anenome not sting other corals?

Great looking nem! I can't believe that thing hasn't split yet. I had one a few years ago and it grew to about 10 in. in diameter and then split.

That sucks because it looks like it is all over a bunch of corals

It has split in the past but this one is masive. its in a 265 its about 20 inches across and 12 deep

Its impossible to control what gets stung in a reef tang unless its species specific. i dont worry about it to much. if it is a really rare piece i move it. others get stung

I agree with you. I have a big hammer coral that I have been trying to get rid of and it keeps stinging and killing my monti caps. The caps grow so fast I don't worry about it to much

What an AMAZING tank! On the left side all over the rocks, whats the purple stuff? Is that coraline? If so, it looks really unusual!

Thanks. No its blue clove polyp it took over the tank.

I use 3 400 watt 12k MH's and 2 6 foot VHO's
