my gig shrunk up

it did not deflate but rather shrunk up to about a third to its normal size. I did have an alkalinity spike, I am dialing in a different reactor and my alk went from 10 to 13.

Do gigs do this once in a while or could this of happened because of the alk spike?

Or are there other reasons?

They normal don't shunk up like that. At night they get smaller to about 80% of day size. You just need to take care of him and hope for the best.

I have noticed at night that it shrinks up, but this is really small compared to normal size. He probably went from 9 down to 4 inches in diameter. Still responding to the clowns.

hopefully looks good tomorrow. I also changed up my lighting from lumenbrights to lumenarcs. I doubt that this would of made a difference but who knows.
