Just thought I would share my monster fish - she's just shy of 8", I've had her for 8 years (her male I've had for about 7.5 years) and she bites me everytime I stick my hand near her anemone. I've had the anemone for a long time now, thought I can't remember how long - I just moved it from my 24 to the 65

Great!!! Can you post some details about your systems, both the 24 and the 65.

I've taken down the aquapod just a couple of weeks ago - it had a 70 watt MH and a mag 3 and that was it - the anemone did just fine in there for 2 years.

The 65 has been up now for about 3 months - I had plenty of LR from a previous setup - though I would like to have more. The 65 has a ps-EXT-150 reef octopus with an ehiem 1260 return pump. The lighting is a 6x39watt T5. I run carbon all the time and I plan to add 2 powerheads - tubelle nanostream 6025's

I usually feed the anemone about 2 silversides every 2 - 3 days. The clowns get fed every 2 - 3 days - mysis shrimp to ensure that they don't steal the anemones food.

I like it so far - I just want the LR to go a little higher in the tank - now it's only about a 1/3 of the way up the tank.

I've been very happy that the anemone has kept it's bubbles for years now (though it's a true RBTA - I've had a couple that have had some green on them and this one has no green on it what-so-ever - just orange and white speckles)
