My inwall starfire 330g Display and 220g sump build, with fish room. LOTS of pics

Love the noaki wrasse. Had one almost through 12 weeks of QT before the darned thing carpet surfed on me :(

Here is a full tank shot

I'll work on getting some high quality images here tonight or tomorrow.

Very nice. I see you are running blue as an underlying color too.

It makes that blue hue everywhere. LOL

Really like the scape! A year in how is the pump mounting with the strut holding up? Is the vibration level still a 2? How did you end up isolating your plumbing?

Think I might go dual fluval SP6 pumps. I think I have too much turnover in my sump, it's gotta be at least 10x turnover.

Yes blues and whites. My phone has no ability to properly white balance though. It's about 20,000k in person.

Thanks, I am so very unsure of the scape to tell you the truth.
The pump mounting is still perfect, I'd say its more like a 1 now once I used that purple styrofoam between my return and anything solid.

***, my queen, which was eat, and my shark fin, also eating died overnight, and I lost the male trigger a couple days ago....
What's going on.

Also, those lemonpeel damsels are stupid, I witnessed one swim right into my magnifica....

Would a Mag eat a 2" goldflake angel? Would a goldflake be dumb enough to get eaten?
I saw it trying to nip at a tentacle or two, but the clowns are pretty good at keeping them away. But I can't find my goldflake now....

I really like the set up. Nice fish choices. I was wondering did you finish the drywall, how did it turn out? Any pictures?

black out the back of the overflow.

With the light in the fish room off it is blacked out.

I haven't done anymore drywall work. I do have drywall sitting and waiting to go up though. Just need some more funds to become available. Getting someone to mud and tap is expensive, and while I can do it, it would take me 10 times as long and still not come out with something I would be 100% happy with.

It's looking good. I am about to start finishing my basement so that I can do much of the same as you. How is your exhaust fan keeping up with humidity?

It's only 110 cfm, and I think more like 300 would do the room a heap of help. But it certainly made a huge difference in the rest of the house.

Changed out my DIY LED lights for new DIY LED, and decided to make the drivers wiring a little less ghetto. It's still got a ways to go as far as cleaning up. But a good start.

I have a couple din rail mounted timers coming in, and might replace the wall wart 10v supply with a din rail mounted piece.
And yes the covers are on now, was just adjusting the current.

Thinking I might add a few more LED's to my array, although it's bright now even though I only added 12 led's over my last one.

So what did you change to LED wise?

I upgraded to the Cree XP-G Cool Whites and the Cree XT-E Royal Blues.
I have optics but not using them right now, not sure I need to.

I have 8 more LED's than before too. But thinking I should add some more here. I have one run of blues not working right now though. Also need to adjust the internal pots for the current. I can add more lights till I am at 1.5A output, but the meanwells say 1.3A max output, even though they will go to 1.5A. Does that just mean they will burn out the driver quicker?

The new array is MUCH brighter to the eye. Even with the internal pots turned down and dimmed to about 85%.

The old array was 36 cool white XP-G and 48 royal blue XR-E

I have built a small step to allow access into the tank, and realize that a (I think 55g?) tank that I have fits under it nicely. Is there something worthwhile I could use that tank for? Would be simple enough for me to plumb it into the system.
