My lights better be at my front door when I get home!!!

I placed an order on June 4, 2003 for a new PFO equipment I wanted (which is not listed as back order or out of stock). I got a confirmation email fairly quickly. So I waited a few days, and I called them up to see what is going on with my order. They told me that PFO is shipping them the equipment as we speak, and I should be getting it soon. So I waited a week more, and I decided to give them another call to check up, and they told me that PFO will ship the item out to them on June 16, 2003 (ummm, didn't you say that last week?) and they should receive it by June 19, 2003, and send it out to me the same day. OK, so I let that slide. And since I live very close to Marine Depot, they said I should get it by June 20, 2003. Ok, so today is the moment of truth. I'm at work right now, when I get home, the package better be sitting at my front door or I'll be pretty ****ed off. I think I've been more than fair and patient. It already been more than two weeks since I got my confirmation email.

Yeah, I'm waiting for my PFO 250w HQI ballast and pendant set from Marine Depot as well.

I think the backorder was due to the cable melting at the pendant on some of the older models so they upgraded to a power cable rated at 150C verse 105C.

PFO has a note about this on their website.
 
Well, I didn't receive my lights on Friday, (yeah a little disappointed) but I was notified by Marine Depot on Friday that PFO missed shipment again. What the hell is PFO doing? Well, I'm very happy with the Customer Service at Marine Depot because they have been very prompt and courteous with me. Just got an update, and I should have my lights by the end of this week. I think Marine Depot handled this incident very well, and I would recommend everyone to shop at Marine Depot in the future. Thanks.
