ok i have a single 65 watt bulb (1x65W) IT is half actinic half 10,000K. its a single sattelite 1x65W 30" on a 29 gallon tank, is this sufficient light for some soft corals, IE grent star polyps, yellow polyps. (mushrooms i know are fine ive had soem for quite some time)

GSPs and yellow polyps will do fine under your lights. However, if your GSPs are neon green variety and came from an MH lit system then expect a bit of color (intesity) loss.

yes of course if they were comin from a MH system, buit just for that lil bit of zaz i found one of my old NO hoods wit ha daily bulb on it and run that just for the extra 22 watts, wont do too too much, but it ceertainly will help, any lil bit will help
