My LPS collection under blue LED's

Beautiful pics. Do you have a problem with sweepers stinging other corals . I am expanding my collection of lps, mainly chalices. My grape watermelon puts out long sweepers. Will it kill my new mummy eye or can they be kept together. I'm pretty sure a chalice would bother an acan or favia but always wonder if same corals, favia ,acan etc can be kept close together. Thanks again for the pics, Mike

The only stinging problem I have is with one Favia at the bottom with long sweepers. Other than that no problems. Acans can be kept close, most Chalices you can keep fairly close just don't let them touch anything.

I think Acans are easy. Blasto merletti are easy but not so much the B. wellsi. Favia and favites I think are easy too. Of course, you need proper lighting (not necessarily halides, I run T5's) and good water as for any hard coral. Just my opinion.

Victor, Lou, I love those led's. Makes the tank look nice and bootilicious. Makes me want to crank up a movie and kick back. You know like the good life people do. Man I wish I had 36 led's. Hoodini

Looks like a great Deepwater Reef. Really neat. I wish I could see the thing in person myself. Reminds me of the Dropoffs in Cozumel.
