Thank-you for the compliment.Your tank looks incredible. I am in the research phase of my first reef tank. White balance looks pretty good. You have such a broad range of lights and dark in your tank I would consider some high dynamic range photography if your up for the challenge.
Great looking group, it probably looks a lot better in person.
Wow! What corals do you currently have in the tank? i see a few sps too? Some close ups would be great!
When you're able to produce better pics, then please post. I'm a huge euphyllia fan.
Are your gold/orange torch growing well?
For my led's, the trick was to take pics in RAW and then adjust white balance using ufraw(free software).
I'm not a professional photographer, heck, not even an amateure but the note above regarding shooting in RAW is huge. If you have a camera or phone that supports it then I would recommend that you always shoot with that setting. In simple speak it takes the image has the camera sees it and allows you to post process / develop to your taste.
Save the RAW image, post process, save to another format and you have the original to always fall back on.
Quick question though if you don't mind. How are you attaching your Monti's? I have 2 frags I purchased and BSI ic-gel isn't working for the life of me.
