Like clockwork! I've never actually seen it tuck itself into the sandbed at night before but the timing was right and I was watching the tank. Funny thing is, it reappears around 8:30, 8:45 every morning. Twelve hours every day!

Hush! I only accidenty flushed it out of the sandbed at night doing maitenence.

Mine just woke up. Never seen that before. Kinda funny how he shakes to get all the sand off. Missed a patch on his head.

Mine also dive bombs the sand be periodically if it sees a tasty pod.
