My new 29g

I JUST GOT A NEW 29g TANK!...i have put the sand in and have the live rock etc. I have it cycling now and have had it for about 2 days now. I was wondering what kind of clean up Crew i could get for my 29g and if a star fish was one of them. Its a 29g Oceanic Biocube whit i belive 36ww..i think im not sure ill have to c ..but it has luner light with it . If any one has advis on witch fsih to put in it and corls, tha would be so cool. Thanks

Hey,
I have the 29g oceanic biocube also, and i have snails, i prefer pyramid snails, because they can get up if they fall, i have a red and a green emerald crab, no crabs other than that, a cleaner shrimp, and i have a sand sifting star fish. Right now i have xenia's, zoo's, mushrooms, kenya trees, 2 clownfish, a highfin shrimp goby, and my tank is full of color and life. Don't overpack your aquarium.

yes do not over load your tank um i have a question for u Lisa i have a 29g as well but i was wondering how yuor clowns and goby get along

They get along great. My goby swims around and minds his own business, and my clowns swim in their own path. They get along very well and i recommend them =]

Thanx for ur info, Now i was wondering lisa, what do u use as ur fileration. do u use like rock ruble or bio balls or do u have a protein skimmer. ?

well definatley dont use the bio balls i have nothing there but rubble work im thinking a refugium

im not sure exactly why not but i think u have to clean them very often and it can really mess up ur biology if u dont but no i dont have one there is one on nano tuners that will fit in the bio ball compartment

is it the protien skimmer for nano cubes? because thats teh one that i just bought. so if it is it just fits in the back of the bioball compartment.
